Most people in Lombok cook fresh food, from fresh vegetables and fresh fish.
The best fishing areas in Lombok: Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Gili Nanggu, Gili Gede,
Gili Tangkog, and Meninting Village.

Ingredients:
1 fish tuna.
Oil.
100 grams of red pepper.
8 red onions.
10 pieces of cayenne pepper.
3 pieces starfruit, thin sliced.
Tomatoes, cut 4 pieces.
Tamarind and salt.

Method:
1. Clean tuna and rub with tamarind and salt.
2. Fry tuna until cooked. When cool, cut the tuna into four pieces, and clean the bones.
3. Use 3 tablespoons oil, stir fry red peppers, onion and crushed coarse salt.
4. Add tomatoes, starfruit and fish.
5. Add cayenne pepper, cook briefly and serve.
