Name of Puyung came from Puyung Village, Central Lombok.
Papuk Isum created Puyung Rice in 1980s.
3 chicken breasts.
50 grams of soy beans.
15 red chilies.
7 pieces of cayenne pepper.
2 spring onions.
3 cloves garlic.
salt to taste.
1 orange juice.
Soak the soy beans in salt water overnight, and fried until crisp.
Rub chicken with salt, and boiled until cooked or microwave 5 minutes, and cut into little pieces.
Blender or minced red pepper, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic and shrimp paste, and sauté with butter.
Mix with chicken and stir.
Serve with warm rice. Add salted egg (optional) or grated fried potatoes.
