Sukarara Village, Sade Village and Pringgasela are traditional villages in Lombok that produce Songket.

Sukarara Village is located in District Jonggot, Central Lombok, around 20 km or 30 minutes from Mataram.

In the tradition of indigenous Sasak, learning how to weave is an obligation for the women from generation
to generation, and from the age of nine Sasak girl's already know how to weave Songket.

Songket’s characteristics are:
Variety of bright colours and unique motifs.
There are various motifs of plants, animals, rainbow, flowers and many more.
